Retail Pet Shop Sales Assistant
Part-Time / Full-Time | Immediate Start – Samford
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and passionate team member to join our busy pet retail store in Samford. This role is part-time or full-time hours, including weekdays, weekends and occasional public holidays.
If you love working with people and have hands-on experience in a pet store environment, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering great customer experiences while keeping the store running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service and product advice
- Assisting customers with pet care and product recommendations
- Stock ordering, receiving and restocking shelves
- Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
- Supporting day-to-day store operations
About You
- Previous experience working in a pet retail store (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with stock control and inventory management
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Forklift licence (advantageous, but not required)
