Refund & Returns Policy
If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will;
i. organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase, send a replacement product or refund your monies.
ii. make you aware of the manufacturer’s warranty procedure.
You will NOT be charged return freight if this is the case.
We are happy to refund items due to a wrong choice or change of mind however customers will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only (note: they must be original condition including any packaging or tags). We recommend using a registered freight company to ensure your package is insured (Mooey’s Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for goods shipped to us as returns). Due to health regulations some items cannot be returned or exchanged and you will be made aware at time of enquiry. Monies will be refunded AFTER we receive goods and deem they to meet our criteria. This may take 10 working days from date goods are received.
Refunds of monies will be made to the original payment method including gift cards less any discounts.
